Hidden within the dense wood, this piece is intentionally difficult to find. The remains of over twenty car wing mirrors are attached to trees at a site originally chosen because it was a point where two fallen trees formed a cross. The piece evokes both the notion of journey and arrival. Another of Eisl's works, which is no longer on the Trail, can be seen on the past works page. |
