The Trail is in Cowleaze Wood, between Junctions 5 & 6 of the M40, next to the road from the A40 to Christmas Common. It is well sign-posted from the A40 and can be found on Ordnance Survey Landranger map 165 - Aylesbury & Leighton Buzzard area - Grid reference SU725955.
