Louise's installation principally utilises the presence of the 'avenue' of power lines which bisect the woodland trail. Part of the installation works with the concept of clear and 'enhanced' landscaping to highlight the man-made presence of the clearing and the power lines. A steel engraved information board showing the layout of the power-lines has been installed, this is situated close to a tiny 'hillock', which offers the visitor extended views down the 'avenue' when standing on top of the mound. Please note that the power lines which make up a part of this work are dangerous, and visitors must never try to touch or interfere with them. Autumn '06 update: The work is being refurbished due to erosion. It should be repaired by spring 2007.
